Jeff Irwin plays jazz on the balcony over looking the living room during the Rehoboth Art League 66th Annual Cottage Tour at the Zerby home. The home was built by the duPont family and purchased by the Zerbys in 1981. The Zerbys own the Boardwalk Plaza Hotel in Rehoboth Beach.
